Raiden - Machine Arms Redesign

Redesigned Raiden to go along with Torque. I'm toying with the idea of designing my own fighting game with these guys so I'm being conscious of trying to make them read properly. Torque and Raiden would be speed/range type fighters, so hopefully that comes across n the design and I just tried to make him a little more interesting to look at than his previous design.
